This second-floor condo features a private balcony above the shops, offering excellent views of the Boardwalk and beach—perfect for people-watching.
**NOTE: Elevator will be Shut Down from November 2, 2026 - January 15, 2027 for modernization**

Ocean City allows dogs on the beach and boardwalk only between October 1st and April 30th. Therefore, you are welcome to bring up to 2, house-trained and well-behaved dogs (each weighing no more than 35 lbs) from October 1 to April 30.

There is a $60 Pet fee.
Pets must be crated if they are left unattended.
