Nestled along the banks of the river, this home is nothing short of a picturesque sanctuary close to restaurants and amenities. Perfect weekend getaway for my family!
Cute little town with easy commutes to other Hill Country towns. We enjoyed some family foosball tournaments upstairs in the loft at night

Great stay!
Everything as described! Had a great stay. Beautiful property and great place to relax and enjoy all the surroundings. Easy drive to parks and wineries. House has everything you could need. Thank you for sharing your property!
Beautiful well kept home on secluded property but close enough to town to be very accessible. The River front is well kept and would be completely amazing when there is more rainfall. This place would be awesome for large groups as there is other lodging on the property, a pavilion and beautiful grounds. The home is exactly as listed and we enjoyed our stay!
A first class rental house that felt more like home! Thoughtful owners made everything easy (i.e., labeling kitchen drawers identifying contents.) Five Star rating on everything!
My brother and his wife came to explore the Blanco area for the weekend. The house is great and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed happy hour Saturday evening on the sitting area down by the river. We had coffee on the back porch both mornings. The furnishings are complete and we were very comfortable. We will be back!

Lovely Home
We really enjoyed our stay and would give this home a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Everything was clean and well appointed. It is very clear that the owners care about their guests and the home. The grounds are absolutely so lovely. We enjoyed the grounds, the home, and the town of Blanco. Also, the location between Fredericksburg and Wimberley was perfect. We highly recommend 419 and Rosebud Cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Great!
Perfect place to get away. The house has EVERYTHING covered.
We will be back!
Beds perfect. We had a fire the whole time. Love the table at the River…
We skipped rocks and relaxed.
See you soon!
Y’all own a piece of heaven!
This property was so well maintained and had all the basics needs. It truly felt like staying with family. They had fun lawn games for the kids (or adults), basic cleaning supplies, bandaids, and lots of blankets and pillows. My girls really loved the game room upstairs and access to the river. My husband and I enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace, hot tub, and beautiful views of the property from the living area. This is a wonderful property that is good for relaxing and now far from lots of fun in Hill Country. We will definitely stay here again.
We had a blast at this house! It is a beautiful house in a great area. Just about anywhere you'd like to visit in the Hill Country is in easy driving distance from this property, too. The house was very well-furnished/stocked for our stay, and we appreciated all of the drawers and switches being labeled. That was extremely helpful and thoughtful. One of the owners, Ruth, was extremely helpful and very communicative with us before, during, and after our stay. We saved this house for our next trip in the area in the future!
It was a cold and rainy weekend, so we spent our weekend relaxing and enjoying the house. Lovely and relaxing weekend with movies, foosball, food and fireplace.

Peaceful Perfection
This property was so beautiful, trees everywhere, deer grazing in the front yard and we even saw a fox frolicking in the pasture at dusk. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Everything was clean and organized. The television is upstairs in the loft which for us old folks is a bit of a climb but Monday Night Football beckoned! We played games at the table on the covered porch as the weather was perfect. We were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves as both the other cottages were vacant during our stay. We would definitey stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a week over the new year. The house was beautiful and well appointed. There was plenty of room in the loft for my son to sleep on the air mattress and us to still be able to play foosball and watch the TV. We enjoyed both the inside and outdoor spaces. The hot tub was well used during our trip and we liked having the outdoor music. The river was running low so we did not get to take out the kayaks but did get to do a little fishing. The property is in a great location and we were able to get to Science Mill, Cave Without a Name, Dreamland, Guadalupe State Park all within an hour of the property. Overall this is a very nice place in a good central location.
We stayed in the main house & absolutely loved it! The property has 2 other smaller homes on site but only 1 was occupied during our stay! The house was clean, well stocked, & instructions were given for everything! Our son loved the property - swing & fishing! The location was great & close to everything we wanted to do!
