A mid-century modern inspired chalet in the Lake Naomi community designed for families traveling together that enjoy the creature comforts of home and a crisp design aesthetic (renovated summer 2019). Pull into the oversized driveway off a low-traffic roadway and step into the two-floor raised chalet entry and den below the expansive upper deck via your unique keyless code.

LIVING SPACE: The entry is connected to the comfortable den boasting a massive sectional that you'll sink into immediately. Make movie night part of your vacation with the 75" 4K HDR Roku Smart TV and Sonos surround system (complete with multiple complimentary streaming services and curated movies - no cable). Behind the sliding barn door you'll have access to lower hallway where you'll find a laundry room with a full size LG front-loading washer and dryers (detergent included) that will keep your clothes fresh for your entire stay. At the end of the hall you'll find the newly imagined game room with a pool table/ping pong table, and a full-sized 4 player arcade game system with over 1,700 games including all the retro classics and arcade favorites, stereo Sonos speakers and a beverage fridge to keep you hydrated. A custom designed full bathroom with shower tub combination is available off the hallway. Step through the french doors to relax in the 6 person hot tub under a dense canopy of pines and native timbers. Only a few feet away you'll enjoy the custom fire pit with seating for 8 - perfect for roasting marshmallows! If you or the kids are looking for some competition, check out our newly installed basketball hoop at the back end of our property on a safe double dead-end road.

Back inside and directly up the striped staircase you'll enter the bright and airy vaulted living room that has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (converted to electric for safety). A comfortable sofa, relaxing chair and soft poufs combined with stereo Sonos speakers will provide your gathering the desired ambiance. The dining room is adjacent (with an 8 person butterfly extendable table) along with a breakfast bar to seat 4 additional people. The setup is perfect for parents to relax upstairs while kids can enjoy themselves with games or TV downstairs…ahh.

Out the dining room you'll be able to access the large upper deck including a 3 burner propane Weber grill (including propane). Setup dinner and drinks outside at the picnic table for the kids and the adult table for the rest of the family while you cook in the fresh air amidst the majestic timbers. Relaxing in our cozy "outdoor living room" on the deck is a great way to enjoy a beverage with the glory of nature all around. Back inside, the floorplan flows easily into the open concept, nod to retro kitchen.

COOKING SPACE: Styled vintage vibes with new appliances and cooking conveniences await you in the newly renovated well-supplied kitchen. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help, music control and house information just by asking Alexa.

UPPER SLEEPING + BATHING SPACE: Down the hall you'll find 3 of the bedrooms each with unique design touches and creature comforts such as bedside USB charging stations, remote controlled ceiling fans, dimmable recessed lighting and individual Sonos personal sound systems. The completely gutted bathroom features dual vessel sinks atop a custom wood counter and a heavenly rain shower in frameless glass.

LOWER LEVEL + BATHING SPACE: You'll find the last of the 4 bedrooms (perfect for the kids) downstairs. Directly across the hall there is a full brand new bathroom with rain shower and tub combination.

★★★★★ Bunk: Adjacent to the game room you'll find the bunk plus a cozy reading nook (perfect for all the kids or the young at heart). Let the kids enjoy some movie or music time with their own 55" 4K Roku Smart TV with streaming movie access and Sonos soundbar.

All bedroom includes their own personal Sonos sound system with access to Spotify, Pandora, Amazon music and a large private collection of music as well. The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 400MB down high-speed internet for fast speeds for all of your devices. Each bedroom has ample electrical outlets including high-speed USB charging ports and well as bedside charging stations. While the mountain climate produces very comfortable temperatures (and we do not have air-conditioning), in addition to ceiling fans installed in all rooms we have included 40" remote controlled oscillating tower fans for each bedroom.

PARKING: Large driveway allow for multiple vehicles to have direct access to our home and keeps the car shuffle to a minimum when hosting family.
