Your Home Away From Home- 4 bed, 3 bath, centrally located.

This is a lovely vacation rental located in a quiet subdivision in Mermaid, Prince Edward Island. Minutes from downtown Charlottetown, it is within close proximity to restaurants, beaches, many summer attractions and all amenities. This home provides all necessities for a terrific summer stay!

The rancher style home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is child friendly and fully furnished. It has air conditioning on both levels, a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, large island, and quartz countertops. The house also features an open concept living and dining area, large master with an en-suite and walk-in closet. There is a large rec-room in the basement, optional office space as well as gym area.

This modern home has a country feel to it and is surrounded by lots of green space and quiet traffic roads that are good for walking, running and biking.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

It was my best experience in many years renting places for vacation. As good as my own house, very comfortable and spacious. And if any day the owners would like to go to Brazil, we would gladly accept them as guests. The house had a gorgeous open space kitchen, where we were able to enjoy each others company during breakfast and after arriving from our tourist activities. It is very well located close to supermarket, extremely close to downtown and restaurants. Very calm neighbourhood. We really felt at home. Would stay there again next time we come to PEI.

PEI getaway

I was traveling with my two adult daughters and one granddaughter. The house was spacious, giving us room to spread out. Plus it was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was finding the house on the first night. Our flight into Charlottetown came in after midnight and google maps sent us to a wrong area. Fortunately our host had sent good directions. During daylight we found our location lent itself to easily getting to other parts of the island. Communication with our host was excellent and timely.

PEI Getaway

We were blown away by the beauty of the home. There were a couple of things that my husband and I noticed though. Some silverware in drawer was dirty and we feel that a binder with some information about the home would be good. Such as where to put recycling and compost and just overall tidbits about the house. We have found in our other VRBO stays there has been such a binder. All and all a wonderful place. If we are ever on the island again we would definitely stay here again.

Il y a une erreur d’adresse pour la résidence sur le site. Heureusement le propriétaire nous a redirigé vers la bonne adresse. Pour le reste, très bien situé (central de l’île) et facilités tout de même à environ 15 à 20 minutes de la maison. Je recommande cette maison sans problème.

Perfect location for central and Eastern part of PEI

We just enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. There was every amenity our family of 6 needed and more and the house looked brand new! I rented this house for family members visiting for our wedding. The house is brand new and beautiful with everything they needed for their stay. We would recommend this house to anyone! It is a short 10 minute drive to Charlottetown in a beautiful, private, and quiet neighbourhood.
