Apartment 10 min to the beach inc. Beach chair, WLAN, final cleaning, bed linen

The comfortable and friendly non-smoking apartment has 3 rooms (bedroom, combined living / bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area).
The bathroom was totally renovated in 2018!
The apartment is fully tiled and suitable for allergy sufferers. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
In addition to the final cleaning, bed linen, towels, tea towels, WiFi and energy costs are included.
During the high season, a beach chair in the first row on the Baltic Sea beach is available free of charge.
Rated 3 stars by the German Tourism Association for 4 people!
We placed special emphasis on child-friendly equipment (cot and high chair). Of course, we are also happy about all other age groups.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with a 3-star rating (Nespresso machine on request).
In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa bed for 3 and 4 people, flat screen TV, sound bar cable decoder, furniture safe and. DVD player - additional flat screen TV with DVD player in the bedroom.
All windows have external blinds.
