Great central location

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Presidents Cup lacrosse tournament. The house was perfectly under 20 mins to both IMG and Premier Sports Complex. It’s was updated and clean and had a nice small backyard and pool. It is also in a nice little development but close enough to dining and shopping less than 5 mins away on the main drag. Great option if you don’t need to be too close to the beach.

Enjoyed the entire trip!

The house was beautiful. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel like we were at home. Only thing was the hot water. It didn’t last no more than two minutes in both showers. Total inconvenience when you’re swimming and visiting the beach. Other than that I would stay again. Kenia was friendly and responded to all questions right away.

SE Bradenton

Remodeled home with a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, updated wall and ceiling finishes. Covered rear patio with table and TV. Oversized TV in the living room. Nice pool with a water feature. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minute drive to University Town Center just to the South which offers more shopping and numerous restaurants. Managers response was excellent and offered quick answers and or Solutions.

Lovely home

Loved the house which was well stocked, exceptionally clean. Bedrooms/ Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was exceptional for us and our small pets. Would definitely stay in this home again! Very easy access to I75, groceries, and attractions. Kenia was immediately available for any questions. My only issue, as guests who really use a vacation rental as home base, was the lack of restful seating in the family room. Although there were 2 sofas, there was no place to recline to relax with the awesome large screen television. So, other than the above MINOR issue it was a fantastic place to stay.
