It is a bungalow type house which has a living room and a suite on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor, plus a pantry, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a laundry area for pool tables, chairs and accessories, as well as a laundry tank. Has garage for two or more cars. It also has barbecue, large pool and garden at your entrance. Access to the dam is via a side avenue, about 70 meters to the dam.
