2 Bedroom Side Ocean View - Updated, Professionally Cleaned, And Spacious

This is a beautiful condo with lots of space. The condo is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and features plenty of amenities. The balcony provides a side-view of the Atlantic Ocean (shown in pictures).

This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. Washer/dryer is conveniently located inside the unit. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided complimentary, upon request.

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. The convenient location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and is within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features Free form Outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Parking, and Wireless Internet. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing charters and Kennedy Space Center, just to name a few.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. 1 Time at Cocoa beach

This was our first time is it in Cocoa Beach. Everything at the resort was great! Having such a wonderful pool and being so close to the beach was AWESOME! The condo was clean and well stocked. Resort staff were very friendly and you can tell they like where they work. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay over the holidays!

My family and I enjoyed a four night stay at this resort. We loved that they had basketball, volleyball, an arcade, a free movie theater (showing films throughout the day), activities by the pool, and the fact that the hot tub was open! The proximity from the pool to the beach was great too. They have free beach towels and a way to exchange them for clean ones. No complaints at all. Felt very safe and want to come back another time!

Property was good! Easy beach access. Some of the rules were a bit ridiculous. Towels and pool bands rules were over the top. AC couldn’t be set below 70 and our room was hot at night. Also was told by one person “yes” board games available but when asking we were told no they couldn’t sanitize them, which is fine but different answers from different staff. If you want something to eat or drink at the pool better do it before 5 because they shut down at 5:00.

Moldy rooms

Checked in late and went to bed. Woke up and everyone was stuffy and there was a strong musty odor. Went to front desk and they offered to view two other rooms. They all stunk!!! Terrible. Our best friend was decongestant all week. Other guests complained as well. Paid over 2,000 for this place.

We have been going to Cocoa Beach for 12 years. Our accommodations have always been nice, but we really enjoyed this property. The walk way to the beach is fabulous. The kids loved the game room and ball courts. The beach towel service is amazing. Really cut down on my laundry during the week! Great perk! Our week was wonderful!!
