RENTERS BEWARE!!! Not worth the money

I planned a trip for my company for this property & it was a nightmare! IT IS NOT WORTH it! I don’t know how they got their reviews! This property is on a side street in a bad neighborhood. There was a river of dirty, smelling water that blocked the entrance way to the doors. As we entered I could not believe how much they misrepresented this property. The pictures online look like they were taken when the property was first built because it does not look like that now. We were supposed to be renting the whole property but there are people living on this property that we were unaware of and it is surrounded by construction and abandoned properties. There were air conditioners not working & leaking; refrigerators not working, leaking coming through the window seal in the top floors. There is NO CONCIERGE SERVICE. They have one property manager that they worked to death. We did not receive any new towels or bedding throughout our stay like they claimed. No where to take the trash out or any extra trash bags. The electricity went out several times the 1st night, they had no generator. The water was off TWICE and the 2nd time for over an hour. The hot water went out and was never restored in some of the apartments. Patio door locks were broken, room locks were not working, which made guest feel unsafe & worried about their belongings. They also booked us for transportation & excursions which did not pan out! DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR THAT EITHER! They are frauds! We stayed Friday-Monday and spent thousands & spent thousands for the transportation & excursions…we did not get our moneys worth! And when we tried to get a fair refund for all the headaches & misrepresentation they refused & try to offer a low ball amount for a good review! I have my pictures & receipts of complaints! I’ll be filing a complaint with VRBO to get this property removed for false advertising. DO NOT RENT! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
