Welcome to Les Gîtes Audrain, a gîte in the heart of Brittany. If you are looking for relaxation, you will find this and much more when you stay at beautiful Les Gîtes Audrain in the rural seclusion of Sélédin. Lovingly converted from an ancient longère (Long House) the comfortable gîte is spacious, has a unique sunken living room and a large roofed terrasse with outside seating and dining areas where you can take in beautiful views of the countryside. Wind-down in the comfortable 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms and cook up a storm in the stunning modern kitchen. There are two spacious well equipped bathrooms. You are guaranteed a friendly welcome when you arrive and then complete privacy as you enjoy the magical gite. Set in the quiet rural hamlet of Sélédin in the Côte d'armor region of Brittany, our gîte will enchant you as you enjoy the charm and relaxation of Brittany. Dine at one of the area’s top restaurants with stunning views over Lake Guerlédan and gently stroll through picturesque countryside and cobbled medieval streets of nearby towns.

Perfect

Having looked for a good base in central Brittany - this turned out to the the perfect location. The house was lovely, very relaxing and in a quiet location and perfectly equipped. My son and I bought bread and cakes from the nearby village each day and had coffee and breakfast on the veranda. We spent time on and around Lake Guerlédan (mainly at Beau Rivage) canoeing and walking. As planned, we took day trips to the south (Carnac and Concarneau) and trips to the North (including Île-de-Bréhat and Saint Malo). We ate dinner out some evenings, but also made use of the barbecue. Our hosts, Steve and Cindy, were really helpful when we arrived making sure we had everything we needed.

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit viel Platz und allem was man braucht. Tolle Wandermöglichkriten in der Umgebung. Die Kinder fanden die Spieles heune mit Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe super. Sehr nette Gastgeber...

Tranquillité dans la campagne bretonne

Maison très agréable avec de grands espaces, très conviviale, un grand jardin et une belle terrasse couverte où l'on peut manger à l'abri des gouttes d'eau, située dans un havre de sérénité. Un seul regret, celui de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter du lieu et de son atmosphère un livre à la main par exemple... nous recommandons sans modération!

Séjour décevant

À l'arrivée le propriétaire au demeurant charmant ne fais pas visiter le logement et ne fais pas d'état des lieux. Cela aurait dû nous intriguer, malheur a nous de ne pas avoir insisté. - le jacuzzi à disparu - des fientes et des ordures sur la terrasse et le mobilier du gîte en extey - arachnides dans les salles de bains - local de billard et de fléchette en travaux - autres équipements manquant (sèche linge remplacé par un étendoir rouillé, barbecue gaz à étouffer remplacé par un modèle 1er prix à charbon en taule, trousse de secours, shampooing) - les rideaux non occultant dans les chambres - le toit de la "véranda" qui est en fait un patio et qui et qui fuit par temps de pluie La justification du propriétaire qui indique que le jacuzzi à la poubelle et que le gîte est en travaux/ en vente. L'assistance Abritel qui nous laisse sans réponse Fuyez !

I'm sorry you were disappointed. The cottage is not under construction and the jacuzzi is not on the advert. We are in the countryside here and sometimes there is a couple of spiders. The terrace is outside so birds go into it. We clean it before guests arrive but they go into it after. Shame! Our first bad review in 5 years.

Nous avons passés un exellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. De très grands espaces que ce soit dans la maison, la terasse ou encore le jardin. Le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse qui s'inquiète du confort de ses hôtes. Je conseille cette maison les yeux fermés. 😉

Steve est très accueillant, La maison est très propre, soignée, très spacieuse et conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Le préau est un véritable atout si la météo n'est pas de la partie, tout comme le jacuzzi. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille Je recommande vivement !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, au calme. Le gîte est vraiment spacieux, bien équipé et confortable, le grand jardin clos et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables, et les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Le lieu est très bien situé pour explorer les environs, et profiter de multiples activités.

Belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable. Steven nous a très bien accueilli et il était disponible en cas de problème. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé le billard et le jaccuzzi ! On se sent bien dans la maison, parfaite pour se reposer au calme. Le lac de Guerlédan est à 10mn en voiture pour faire du paddle et du canoé. L'abbaye de Bonrepos est tout prêt aussi. Le seul défaut est la connexion téléphonique et wifi, un peu défaillants malgré les efforts de Steven.
