We were very impressed with the condo. It had all the beach gear we needed and it was also a bonus to have some pantry staples which made it easy to cook. Place was clean and comfortable! Also we loved how central it was to getting elsewhere on the island.

Lovely hosts. They come off as the sort of people you'd love to stay friends with. They gave us tips before our travel and checked in during. The unit is larger than pictured! And bonus, the living room chairs are both recliners. My kids loved that. It was awesome to have a view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and deck. The in unit washer and dryer were super convenient. We loved the pool and hot tub, especially in the evening. We liked to stroll the beach across the street, but also kehei is a great spot on the island to explore all over. We would stay here again!

John was very easy to communicate with. The condo is centrally located to all you’d want to do on Maui. It’s right across the street from a lovely, long, walkable beach, and the sunsets from both the beach and the balcony are beautiful!

Could not have been nicer. Just across the street from the beach. Lots of extras not mentioned in the listings. Reasonably quiet. Great value!
We walked three minutes to the westerly facing beach for fantastic sunsets, but you can see them from the lanai (porch) as well.

Week on Maui

The condo was in a great location with a nice view. Check in instructions were easy and complete. Having 2 separate bedrooms made the stay really comfortable for a couple and the grown kids. Clean and friendly, and host was accommodating.

This place was very accommodating for our needs. Love that there is all the things you need to take to the beach! (Chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, snorkel gear, etc) The owners were easy to communicate with. We had a great stay here!

We were across the street from the beach with a sunset/ mountain and the pool/ hot tub were immaculate. The property had everything we needed including beach towels chairs and toys and a full kitchen with condiments too. Kihei is centrally located on the island. Our only confusion was the a/c unit was only in the tv room and the back bedrooms were pretty warm during our stay

55th anniversary vacation

We loved our condo. It was just as described. The owner was wonderful. Easy to contact and he replied quickly. Everything you might need for your stay was provided in the condo. Very quiet and the view of the beach was breath taking. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful property, great location

The location of this unit is wonderful. The condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. can't beat the location in central Kihei. Brian is a super nice guy and very concerned that his guests are 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

My wife Cindy and I purchased this condo in February of 2019. We have stayed at this exact unit at least a dozen times in the past 15 years and instantly fell in love with its peace and tranquil setting. We lead very busy city lifestyles so we enjoy peace and quiet when we vacation and that is what this complex provides. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary in Maui in November 2018 on Makena Beach, and we have two teenage children, two dogs and four cats. Our children grew up vacationing on Maui, so we have experience doing all the family activities for all ages so please don't hesitate to ask which activities would be fun for your family or friends. Yes, ours is a very busy house but Maui is our quiet relaxing place and it calls to us every year to come back. Please come share our little peace of paradise for a week or two and you will see what true relaxation is all about, with all the comforts and safety of home.

Why they chose this property

This condo complex is very quiet and the people who live and rent here are extremely friendly and respectful of the property and one another. We love the top floor views from the Lanai, the breeze that flows through the unit. You can hear the ocean hitting the shore a stones throw away.
The complex is central to everything from Lahaina to La Perouse Bay to Kahalui. The parking is dedicated and close to your door so you never have to worry. The Pool and Hot Tub is beautiful and relaxing and there are very few people who actually use the facility. The grounds are very well kept with flowers and fruit trees throughout the complex.
