Complex amenities include gas grills, a community heated pool (currently closed) and a tennis/pickleball court.

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Villa Sanibel's pool, tennis and pickleball courts are open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**
