Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, New Dania Pointe Shopping Center, beaches, shops and dining. There is plenty of parking on the property and there is a coin laundry on the premises. The unit includes cable flat screen tv and Internet/WIFI. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishware. Additional amenities included are iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and set of towels supplied.
