High speed internet and YouTube TV (88 channels)! Drive right into the two car garage and get out of the snow, rain or heat!
The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker (and pods), waffle irons as well as pancake mix and the kitchen essentials. The updated appliances, ice machine in the freezer, dishwasher and quartz counter tops will have you cooking in style.
The garage gym has a treadmill, stationary bike, weightlifting bench, bar, and free weights.
The yard has a nice outdoor space with a covered gazebo, cozy patio furniture and gas grill to enjoy. It also has a fun play set, and swings for the kiddos to enjoy and space to run and play in the completely fenced yard. There is a gas grill for the outdoor cook available.
The living room has a 56” smart tv with, DVD player. Netflix account available as well as a kindle firestick so you have all the app options and you can sign into your own cable or dish anywhere. There is also a classic Nintendo.
The master bedroom has another tv with xfinity cable and smart apps, as well as its own private bathroom.
There is a laundry room available to you, and all the the things that will make you feel at home!

Very clean house, it had everything we needed during our stay. It is very close to thanksgiving point, good restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Utah.

This is a wonderful property, with a beautifully landscaped & spacious backyard, as well as close proximity to great trails and parks for my dogs. Every room of the house was also well furnished and very clean, with all of the necessities and then some, making for a very comfortable stay. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

This home was our very first home. We lived here for 8 years. During that time we put so much love and attention into making it beautiful, comfortable and fun. My love for this home is even greater now that I get to share it with people! I have found my calling! We love hosting, and helping give amazing and memorable stays for people!

What makes this property unique

2 car garage with extra space for the treadmill and bike so you can get your workout in. There is plenty of room for your car, so no scraping the snow off your car and freezing!
Covered patio, play set, firepit, and natural gas grill are provided in the roomy backyard.
Kitchen, living room, laundry, and a desk to work. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, as well as Two more bedrooms. Newly renovated and perfect for a comfortable stay.
You do not need to meet me to gain access to the property. I will give you the garage code and I will leave the key and clicker. I’m happy to be accessible for any questions or concerns that come up at all. I’m excited to make your stay awesome!

Please note: The basement apartment is occupied. The extra parking strip by the garage is used by them. They have two cars. Please allow enough space for them to get in and out. The two car garage is available to you, and there is a lot of street parking available as well. If you need a car in the driveway, make sure it is on the far side near the front door, allowing them to get cars in and out.

Keep in mind this home is located near the freeway. They are currently in the process of building a sound barrier wall that should be completed very soon.
