Vila Anna is a detached house, situated in a quiet place Šegotići near Duga Uvala, 20 km away from Pula, on the eastern coast of Istria. Villa Anna is a renovated stone villa with a beautiful garden. The house is surrounded by a grassy garden with swing and trampoline for children and a typical Istrian well. Villa Anna is fenced, guests have a fenced parking. In the yard there is a barbecue. The house has 2 apartments that are standard equipped, with SAT / TV and air conditioning, 50 m2 and 25m2. Each apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a living room with an extra bed.
The nearest beach is about 2500m, and within 2km there is a restaurant and a shop.
