Both front and back yards are landscaped with Desert and beautiful year round green grass. The home has fresh paint inside and out . New plush carpeting was installed in 2019. Master has a king size bed the other 5 bedrooms have Queen beds . The masters bath has a full shower and a large jetted spa soaking tub. There are several large screens led TVs throughout the home including a 70 inch in the living room just off the kitchen.

The owners were quick to respond and very kind and accommodating. The pool was amazing like other reviews say and plenty of space for the whole family. Overall great experience and we would go back again. .

Stairs to the upstairs. Lots of room!

The house was spectacular!! We spent many hours in the pool and spa and really enjoyed all the backyard has to offer. House had everything we needed and was spacious enough for all of us. The property manager was great to work with and was very responsive. Overall- we had a great time and would definitely rent again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 10 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and there were so many great areas to sit, relax, and spend time together.The pool and hot tub were definite highlights—everyone loved them! We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and having crushed ice available. It made hosting a big group feel easy and enjoyable.Overall, this home was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and it had all of the amenities you needed. The back yard was incredible it was like a resort! We spent most of our time outdoors. The pool, the hot tub and the bbq area, but most of all was the sunken room outside with the tv and water features. Thank you for a fantastic place to spend our time in Phoenix.
