Thirteen years ago my wife Susan and I purchased a condo on El Anclote Beach after visiting friends in the area. Just a 45 minute drive north from Puerto Vallarta, the area offers more than we ever expected and is now our home during the high season. We're both from the San Francisco Bay Area, where we live in the off season. We understand luxury living and want to share it with you. Having explored the area for over thirteen years, we're happy to help make your Casa Caballo stay a memorable one.
Why they chose this property
This Jack Richards Village House, one of the largest in the village, was offered to us several years ago and we bought it immediately. Located in the epicenter of Punta Mita, we renovated it to our standards. The property offers: a newly-renovated private pool; a new Palapa deck with Bay views; close access to El Anclote Beach (the best surfing in the area); downtown Punta Mita's beachfront restaurants & shops within walking distance; surf/SUP rentals & lessons, both English & Spanish; sport fishing and whale watching in high season departing from the Punta Mita harbor; and a village experience with family-run businesses (corner stores for essentials; tortilla factory with tortillas made daily; restaurants, some with live music). If you have a car, you may not need it to enjoy all the activities at your doorstep.

Just imagine...it's a sunny day in Punta Mita. You're looking out at the azure waves of the Bay of Banderas and SURF's up!! You walk just a few steps out Casa Caballo's front door to meet neighbors, Mia and Shane, who's boards (surf or SUP) are ready for your lesson and/or guided tour. (Their Anclote Beach front business is steps away, fun and affordable. See images.) Or walk five minutes to the fishing harbor to book a sport fishing, Marietas Islands or in high season, whale watching tour. Massage? Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Don’t waste your precious vacation time with endless driving and crowded hotel pools. Park your car at your private Jack Richard Village House in the epicenter of Punta Mita.
