A white two story Home built in 1918 on the original land grant owned by Kentucky's first governor, Issac Shelby. Just a few yards from the historic Cumberland Ford located on the Cumberland River in the corner of the United States where Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia meet and also known at the Cumberland Gap area. The City of Pineville, which is known as the Gem City of the Cumberlands, is home to the Annual Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival. Please visit the historic downtown area, which is in walking distance!
