Modern three bedroom apartment right in the centre of South West Rocks. Walk to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, local pub and surf club. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment has ocean views from the balcony, an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom, main bedroom and second bedroom, a TV, DVD and CD player, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ensuite to main bedroom and off street secure parking. Sleeps 8 (1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 singles).

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants, in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Great stay

Great stay, central to everything, modern inside. Had everything you need to cook with. When needed couldn’t get a hold of property manager, very frustrating and a lot of noise from down stairs

Very run down, walls very marked and dirty, carpets badly spoiled , oven didn’t work, vacuum cleaner didn’t work bad TV reception. It would be wonderful if updated.

Disappointing

Arrived to a grubby, dated apartment. Had to clean all the cooking utensils prior to use. The bbq was old and dirty so we didn’t use it. The beds all squeaked... the only lounge was old and sagging... very uncomfortable ... the location was great but unfortunately noise was an issue... day and night.

Excellent Location

Loved our stay at the South West Rocks. The accommodation was average to good. Lacked a few little things like pots and pans etc. Parking was a bit cramped, all good if you have a small to average sized car. Was offset by having good Chinese and pizza downstairs. Would stay here again.
