Fantastic, modern top floor apartment with ducted air conditioning and large open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. 300m walk across foot bridge to Main Beach and same around the footpath to Surf Club and beach access.

Gas BBQ and comfy outdoor lounge on east facing balcony. Two secure parking spaces with automatic door (height 1.9m). Both bathrooms fully refurbished.

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment with everything you need. Clean, modern, great location we walked everywhere didn’t use our car once.

Very comfortable !

This flat is lovely - really comfortable and well furnished with comfy and high quality furniture :) Only thing missing was air conditioning but fans throughout and a lovely sea breeze :)
