Generously sized renovated federation home with four bedrooms, 2 split system air-conditioning units, 2 smart TVs, DVD player, dishwasher, bathroom and second shower in laundry with washer and dryer. Study desk and large computer monitor in fourth bedroom. East facing front verandah, large rear deck with outdoor setting and gas hooded BBQ over looking the fenced yard. Wi-fi internet access. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming or fishing, off street parking in carport left of the house. The property has ramp access to rear of house. 350m walk to beaches, town centre, shops, restaurants and Seabreeze Hotel. A fantastic place to get the family together.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please note that this property does take only Saturday to Saturday bookings until 5 weeks before the date of the booking.

Perfect Spot

Christina was perfect for our family of 5, 4 adults one teenager. A great, clean space walking distance to shops and the beach. We would definitely love to stay again.
