About this property

Our Place - walk to the beach

Renovated three bedroom, air conditioned beach cottage just behind the centre of town. 550m walk to Main Beach and even less to shops, cafes and restaurants. With Wifi Internet access, linen supplied and beds made what more could you ask for to create your special holiday.

This cottage has a new well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine, a renovated bathroom, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The outlook from the dining room and rear deck presents a wonderful place to relax while dining inside or out. The cottage has lots of natural light, air conditioning and ceiling fans and a great rear deck which catches the nor-easterlies. Laundry with toilet and outdoor shower downstairs for after the beach. A large lockable shed in the backyard is perfect for storing your gear and a game of table tennis. Off street parking for two cars is available in the driveway only.

'Our Place' is family friendly, has a perfect beach house feel and also suits couples. Park the car, walk to the beach and enjoy your holiday.

South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Another brilliant stay

We’ve stayed at Our Place once before and this time was just as good as the last! The house is just such a great size, well stocked and very very comfortable. We always love coming back here and can’t wait to do so again!

Wonderful Stay

The property was very clean and well presented. Nice linen on the beds, two TV’s and air-conditioned. Very cute beach house theme/vibe. Great location as it is close to the beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay as a family with kids!

Great beach house

Very comfortable house in walking distance of the beach and shops. Very well equipped kitchen, great deck and BBQ. The beds were very comfortable. The extra shower downstairs in the laundry was great for after the beach. The ping pong table was an added bonus :). The house had everything we needed for a great family holiday.

Nice and close to beach!!! Lovely house

Great house, nice and close to shops, cafes and beaches!! Would of been great to have a gate at top of back stairs so more child friendly and grass backyard would be perfect!!
