Beach Shack SWR - Bring your own linen

Level, ground floor unit with air conditioning and close to the town centre and beaches. This property has 2 queen size bedrooms. The unit has a North facing open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a gas BBQ available for use and also a single lock up garage.

Beach Shack can be booked in conjunction with Beach House (Landsborough St) to have both properties side by side and sleeping up to 12 people. Perfect for a group or two families.

A South West Rocks accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River. By car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. Some of the best scuba diving in Australia. The Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please note this property has a strictly no pets policy. Any guest found to be in violation of this policy will incur a deep clean fee.

Great position and size. Very very dusty. Not cleaned.

Great spot, lovely flat, just not clean 😢. Didn’t bother telling the accomodation place as I found them very rude and poor customer services by older lady at desk, so I dout she would of cared anyway. South west rocks it’s self was great. Lovely people, will be back to area. Great having a shed to store fishing gear.

Very Sparse

1.No coffee table in lounge area 2.No blinds on kitchen window look straight into units next door 3.kitchen very sparsely appointed (2 forks only). 4.Nowhere to sit outside. 5.No head board in bedroom just exposed brick wall. 6.Advertises Austar only available on one of two TV's 7. Was clean but seems very dated for the money.
