Beautiful, bright and open fully renovated from top to bottom vacation villa, just steps from Port Royal Sound! Enjoy our coastal retreat with designer touches! The Sound features a picturesque location with a sandy beach that’s great for leisurely strolls, picnicking, nature-watching or just enjoying the sound of the tide. Our villa is located at the north end of the island. Close to popular beaches, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment yet in a peaceful and tranquil setting!

A lot of attention to detail, design, and amenities. 55 inch HDTV in living room with X-box One console; 49 inch Smart TV in Master; 40 inch Smart TV in guest room. Bluetooth speakers in bathrooms and living room. Wireless printer in entertainment center. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great wifi. Relaxing porch.

We can be reached by email, text, or phone during your stay.

Lots of activities to do in the area, ranging from historical sites to just enjoying the beach. Lots of bike and nature trails.

Able to get around easily by bicycle or cars.

This penthouse condo is on the third floor (only 36 to 38 steps). No elevator. Worth the steps!

The two outdoor swimming pools were very close to this condo, so very convenient. The tide changes at the beach by this property were neat to see. Enjoyed checking out the tide pools with crabs, snails etc. Very natural beach. We rode our bikes to check out Folly and Driessan beach. Drove over to Coligny beach. All 3 of these beaches were beautiful with wide open spaces. First time at Hilton Head and had a great experience!

Beautiful home away from home !

We stayed here as family of 4 and really enjoyed all of the amenities. The kids loved the pool, all the nature found at the beach and the bunk beds. The entire complex had a great vibe and our kids met a bunch of friends around the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great property!

We had a girls beach trip and all loved the property! Owner has thought of everything and incredibly quick to reply to any questions. Location is great to walk easily to the beach and also very close to 1 of 3 pools on the property.

Amazing family friendly place

This property is simply unique, family-friendly, with upgraded amenities and just a walkable distance to the Beach. The property manager takes the "make yourself at home" to a whole new level, they made our visit easy by sharing information about HH / amenities info. Relaxing Beach Getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at this property on Port Royal Sound. We have been coming to Hilton Head for over thirty years and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the sound. The condo is beautiful in the pictures, and it is even nicer in person. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Lesley was a wonderful hostess. I can’t praise her enough. If your family is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to unwind, look no further!

Wonderful updated condo!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The owners did a wonderful job renovating the condo! Everything you could think you need is provided! The property is on the beach and there is direct access. Lesley was very helpful and quick to respond. She made the process pain free and made us feel very welcome in her property. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Hilton Head Staycation - 2020

My husband and I, along with friends, had to change our August plans due to Hurricane Isaias and Lesley could not have been more accommodating, helpful and patient with us as we moved our dates and rebooked! The unit has everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay -- we will be back and have recommended to several friends and family already! Definitely eat at The Bluffton Room in Downtown Bluffton during your stay -- amazing as well! GrayBlackBook!

The unit was clean with great amenities. It was comfortable and felt like "home", The only downside was the location on the third floor with no elevator. Those 37 steps were really hard when groceries or luggage were involved.

Peaceful

A quiet place on the Island compared to the 8 other places we have stayed. The Villa was very well equipped and comfortable. It was also quiet on the third floor if you don’t mind stairs. Lesley was a very good host and responded to all our needs. We were happy to get to explore this end of the Island. The outdoor pool does not open until April 1st and was a disappointment to my wife who loves using an outdoor pool. A wonderful three week vacation and some great weather to boot! Gracious Hosts and Perfect Location

First of all the host is amazing and makes you feel at home right away! This was our first family vacation and our three littles enjoyed everything about the condo. We cooked plenty of meals and spent most of our time at the pool and beach. Our 1 year old broke something and we communicated it right away. The first concern from the host was the health of our child and that meant so much to us. Lesley gave grace and calmed any fears we may have had. She has been wonderful to work with and that made it worth everything! This is perfect for a place with little kids! My one year old walked up and the down the stairs with no problem, so don’t be worried about those!

Perfect condo for family of four

This was the perfect location for our family (which includes two young kids). The condo is just as described and pictured. It is very convenient to the main pool, which has a very large 3' area. My four year old loved this since it meant he could reach the bottom and play in a wider area. The condo is also convenient to the beach, which is really a huge sandbar with lots of tide pools to explore at low tide. This again was great for the kids because they could explore a wide area safely, and there were a lot of interesting creatures to see (hermit crabs, fiddler crabs, various birds - we even found a small horseshoe crab and a small manta ray). There were quite a few washed up jellyfish too, but they were easy to avoid, just something to look out for. Neither the condo area nor the beach were crowded which is what we were hoping for, and it was very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Lesley was very helpful any time we has a question. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place

The property is exactly as advertised. It was perfect for my husband and I and our five year old son. Having our own kitchen and two bedrooms was important. The place was beautifully decorated. The owner went above and beyond in her communication, checking in and offering suggestions for places to visit. She even texted us early to tell us we could check in before the 4:00 time which was appreciated. If she could own every property we stayed at, we would be happy! The folks before us broke part of the glass shower door so we stepped on glass a few times (so hard to get all the pieces) and the host was apologetic and even sent us a Starbucks giftcard. That kind of response keeps people staying with you again. The downfall-the beach was full of shells and very hard to walk in the ocean without shoes and the beach itself was small. The property was close to everything but we’d prefer a different area next time. The pool can get crowded w adults drinking and swearing which is tough when you have a young kid (but nothing you can do to control who shows up what week!) Overall, we had a great experience!

Relaxing and Peaceful

Property was relaxing and peaceful. Listing is as described and Lesley is absolutely amazing! Kind and quick to respond. She truly cares about her guests. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. ( Many other guests all agree☺️) Grounds are beautiful and it’s a very short walk to the sound beach area. The beach is great for exploring! So many shells!! We saw lots of small crabs and horseshoe crabs of all sizes. Very fun to experience the beach during low and high tide. It’s like two different places. Beach was quiet and peaceful. At one point we had no one around us and our 4 year old could play and explore without a crowd. Definitely recommend for families or those looking for the quiet side of the island🦀 Listing has all you will need for your stay. All the basics and so much more! Lots of linens/ towels. Comfortable beds and couches. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with anything you need to cook a meal and a large table. Everything was very clean and care was put into the accommodations. Listing is on the third floor and super quiet. Stairs were easy even for our 4 year old and using the beach wagon that was provided. Short walk to the pool with a covered area to enjoy lunch. Lots of swings around the property to enjoy the view and relax. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this listing!

Perfect place to stay.

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty and comfort of this condo. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It was a wonderful place for 2 senior ladies to relax and get away. We did a day trip to Daufuskie Island and it was only a short drive to where we caught the ferry.

Over the years I have really enjoyed vacationing in Hilton Head with family and friends. My son attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida so Hilton Head became the perfect spot for us to meet for long weekends - it saved him driving all the way back home to Columbia, SC and it gave his dad, his brother, and me quality time with him :) With all the stays on the island, my husband and I finally decided to have our own place here. Our villa is very special to us! Growing up, my parents really enjoyed entertaining and hosting family and good friends at our home, so it was easy for me to decide to use our villa as a vacation rental. I cannot say enough how much I have truly enjoyed hosting guests at our villa . I especially love fulfilling special requests and doing things to make each guest feel welcomed and at home. I hope you enjoy our villa as much as we have :)

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because when you walk along the beach, which we say is our backyard, you experience such a feeling of peace and tranquility. The Sound is truly beautiful. The beach on the Spa is not crowded like the other beaches and parts of the island yet you are on the bike trail, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions. Also, being so close to an actual physical bookstore and the library was a bonus!

What makes this property unique

There are sooo many things to enjoy in our villa! A lot of thought went into the design, details, and amenities. Plus, being on the Sound provides a wonderful taste of the island's natural beauty!
