From the moment you walk through the front door you will will feel at home.Situated on the cliff overlooking the edge of Mosquito Bay,this spacious architect designed two storey home takes full advantage of the sea views with full length windows in the lounge and dining areas taking in the panorama. The main living area has a wood fire to create a cosy winter atmosphere. The back deck has beautiful sea breezes in summer, and you can sit out the back and never tire looking at the ocean and cliff views. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and a two minute driveto a boat ramp in either direction of the home . The barbecue is located in the garage as it needs protecting from the salt air. There is access down onto the rocks and beach below just a short walk from the home and tracks will be found everywhere.The driveway has enough room to park the boat in.This property is ideal for a couple of families with a special kids bedroom downstairs there is plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and bird song. OUTSIDE The large back yard backs onto a cliff. There is a fence and the rocks below are not accessible from the property. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting where you can sit and enjoy the views, There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front. The garage is not for guest use for parking.
