A very spacious apartment for families or 2 couples. Floor to ceiling windows, glazing around corners, large tiles, both indoors and outdoors flow smoothly into one. The approximately 30 square meter roof terrace to the southwest is a dream.

3-room apartment, max. 4 persons, about 90 square meters of living space,. 1 OG.
Living / dining room, fitted kitchen with island, double room. Double room with bunk bed. Bathroom: shower, bath, washbasin, WC. Guest toilet. Large roof terrace to the southwest.

Fi, LCD TV (satellite), stereo system with radio, CD / DVD, hair dryer, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, coin operated washer & dryer in the house
 
Availability:
Normally bookings from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions possible), but not less than 7 days. Only in the mid and low season bookings with minimum stay of 4 nights at any of arrival. Shorter stays and special arrangements upon request.

Charges:
Tourist tax is even paid to the city, cleaning 60, - €
