A very neat two bedroom apartment located in an ideal location on the ever popular Fishpen. Easy flat stroll across the road to Mitches Jetty, Main Surf Beach. The property is fully equipped with everything you will need to sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday. A lovely large deck overlooks the water where you can sit and watch the sun set. A flat stroll over the bridge and into Merimbula where you can enjoy the cafes/boutique shops that Merimbula is re-nouned for.

Comfortably sleeps 4 people, with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Off street parking.

Great winter getaway

Clean, quiet, well kept apartment. We loved the balcony that catches the morning sun and overlooks the Fishpen. Mere metres from the beach and an easy walk into town for the Jazz Festival. The one flight of (quite steep) stairs to the door wasn't a problem for us.

Great get away

this place was great to stay with our family for a weekend away, has everything and walking distance to mitches jetty, where can grab coffee and watch the kids and the beach. we will be staying here again.

Great view. Location. Free WI FI. Would have been good,

Standard mattress would be better. Lattice top are very warm to sleep on for some people

Beautiful location

We had the most wonderful stay in Merimbula which was made perfect with the amazing location of this unit. Beautiful deck to sit back and watch the world go by. Lots of crockery and utensils to help with dinners in. Have booked again for next year :)
