Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Ok accommodation for family, disappointed with price charged more at end of payment.

Property was ok, didn’t like carpet flooring. Close walk to all amenities. I was charged about $300-$400 more then original booking price which is why I was not happy and provided low rating of stay.

Nice but terrible smell for first 2 days

The place is quaint and nice overall but a few issues. Quite convenient location in town and set back on a quiet street. Apartment faces north east and gets lovely morning sunshine. Basic furnishings. The worst part was the terrible mould/must smell upon arrival throughout entire apartment which was worst in the main bedroom. We considered cancelling and going elsewhere but after airing out the whole place with all windows open for 24hrs it became bearable and finally dissipated after 48hrs. We suspect the place hadn’t been stayed in or opened up in months. No linen (sheets & towels) as advertised but also no soap to speak of, and only half a toilet roll which seemed a bit miserly. The stand fan barely worked- completed ineffectual (and no AC) - and some lights flickered or were very weak.

Morning Thank you for your review and as I replied to you email that as it is set on a large sloping block if we get rain it sits under the block of Units and does sometimes has a musty smell. I feel that the furnishings in this little Unit are fine and also I have just purchased the New queen Bed. On all correspondence you receive it states that the Unit didn't have linen but also states if you need Linen to contact me and I would put you in contact with a Linen hire service. I will discuss with the Cleaners why there was only a small amount of toilet paper as they usually leave a full roll plus 1 spare one. Sorry for the inconvenience ad I will pass your review through to the Owner of the Unit. Helen Holiday Property Manager

Great value for money

Central location in Merimbula. It was great value for money and suited our needs for the week. Very well equipped including a washing machine. The only drawback was that it seemed to be closed up for some time and needed some airing on arrival. Overall very convenient and would stay at this property again.

Happy days in Merimbula

Really great property for my family(wife and two boys). Central to Merimbula shops. Short drive to local beaches. Really good kitchen facilities and a great view of the lake. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great neighbours as well.

Great location

Great location and a really good size 2 bed apt that is so close to everything. Really well appointed. Can see it has been recently renovated. Overall great. Only negatives - is the bed in the main bedroom really queen size? Seems smaller to me. And the apartment could do with a bug bomb. Too many bugs...
