Simply paradise. We're located in the highly desirable Kingston Arms complex in one of the few coveted end units on Lido Key just steps from St. Armand's Circle. Lido Key is surrounded by the beautiful gentle, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex sits on a prime location just a few blocks from the pristine white sands of Lido Beach and is just steps away from St. Armand’s Circle which offers high end shopping, upscale dining, and nightly live entertainment. You are close enough to walk, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

This renovated, light, bright and fully furnished corner unit condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Completely updated and tastefully decorated throughout There is high speed internet & WiFi. Everything you need for a perfect beach retreat is here or just steps away. Relax and enjoy a quiet evening and a cocktail on the screened-in lanai. Listen to the rustle of the nearby palm trees and you are just close enough to the beach to get whiffs of the wonderful salt of the Gulf of Mexico air.

The beautiful modern upscale kitchen has ample cabinet space stocked with pots, pans and meal prep gear to make a great dish. The kitchen has solid stone counters, stainless steel appliances including built-in microwave, black glass top 5 burner stove top, oven and dishwasher. There is a French door style stainless refrigerator, a KitchenAid master toaster oven and new plank flooring. Right off the kitchen is the roomy dining room table that seats 6 when eating in.

The living room has plenty of space for the whole gang to enjoy movie night. Xfinity cable and WiFi are included. along with a new LG 50" flat screen TV. There is a beautiful sofa for 3 decorated in blue and green hues plus a green matching love seat for 2. Relax and take a nap on the upholstered lounge chair that extends out. The couch pulls out to sleep another person.

The master bedroom has a King bed and memory foam mattress, an en-suite bath with step-in custom tiled shower, a grab bar and adjustable dual shower head if needed, granite counter, Kohler water closet and tile flooring. There is plenty of room for your belongings especially with a large custom closet and large new dresser with a 43" LG flat screen TV and Xfinity cable. Lots of natural light coming through the wall of windows with custom blinds and blackout blinds that open up when you want to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a good size closet for your belongings plus a tall dresser. There also is a work desk in the room should you want to bring your pc and catch up on emails. New lovely plank tile floors throughout. The second bathroom is just around the corner and is beautifully remodeled. Newly tiled custom step-in shower with grab bar and adjustable shower head.

This condo offers just 1 covered parking spot, elevator right outside the door and on-site laundry around the corner. It is a communal laundry room, no private washer and dryer.

You're just steps away from booking this beautiful community resort style pool and spa vacation oasis. The complex is monthly, but let us know if you would like to stay here for a shorter period of time and we may be able to block off the rest of the time to make a lease work.

No car needed for the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Park once and enjoy, or take a few trips up Longboat Key over to some of the beach restaurants of Anna Maria and the spectacular sunsets.

Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.

Please be informed that the complex is undergoing a project to repair the spalling concrete along the face of the upstairs lanais. It is starting August 5th. Completion date is TBD.
Window replacement project for the 1st floor units is underway as of Aug 18, 2025. Completion date is TBD. We have blocked off the calendar for each unit.
