Spacious Country Home near Hershey Park, LVC, and In the Net
This spacious guest home next to our family property is surrounded by rolling hills with plenty of parking and a lawn area for outdoor games. A screened in gazebo is perfect for a late afternoon nap several months of the year. Located just 3 miles from Interstate 81 makes it convenient to drive to your destination of choice. Hershey Park is 20 minutes away, LVC is 6 minutes, In the Net is 15 minutes, and Harrisburg is 35 minutes away. Our guest house is perfect for large groups as we have a large kitchen space, living room, beautiful sunroom overlooking the rolling hills, and a large finished basement that can help guests spread out a bit. The washer and dryer are located in the basement in the half bathroom.

We have lived next door to this property for nearly 40 years. We have had all kinds of fun farm animals over the years and currently love to run our two standard poodles in the pastures everyday. We enjoy a variety of outdoor activities after we tend to our unique non-profit that we support out of our home. We have traveled to many places throughout our adult lives and have especially enjoyed when we can connect with people who live where we are traveling. We look forward to meeting our guests when possible!
Why they chose this property
This property is part of the history of our home farm. We purchased it when our son got married on the hill behind the house realizing that there were few options in our area for people to find accessible short term housing. Even though options have expanded over the last few years, we know that it is sometimes still difficult to find something affordable for families who want to enjoy the offerings of the Hershey area. We look forward to sharing our beautiful countryside with visitors.
What makes this property unique
The property is centrally located to many local attractions and events in the Lebanon Valley such as Hershey Park, concerts, sports tournaments, antique car shows. We are located just a few miles south of I-81 giving us easy access for many travelers.
