Carrington No.4 is a 3 bedroom unit in a secure complex with security parking for 1 car. This modern, air conditioned unit provides free WiFi and is located in the hub of the Nelson Bay CBD. Wander into town for dinner or shopping, stroll down to the Marina for access to tours and water-sports or simply walk to Nelson Bay / Fly Point Beach for a quick swim. The kitchen is large and well equipped leading to the open plan lounge and dining area and balcony. Wherever you sit in this gorgeous apartment, you will appreciate the cool sea breeze.

The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and ensuite, the second bedroom includes a double bed and the third bedroom a tri-bunk. The master bathroom and internal laundry are all on the same level.

Ducted air conditioning, free Wi-fi and linen provided, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good lay-out, great location, loved the kitchen, however a bit of a musty smell when first arrived, beds jn all rooms were uncomfortable and weak, internet never worked..
