Nestled in the residential area of Fitts Village St. James, is a cozy home called ‘Jaz Cottage’. We are also a Government Approved Quarantine Villa. True to its name, short for Jasmin, this property is your home away from home. We the owners treasure the opportunity of taking a break from our hectic daily routine; and as such, wanting you to enjoy the same, we offer a home where the ambiance promises relaxation, warmth, and friendliness. It is the perfect getaway for the family, couples, or singles to unwind and recharge.
This beautiful property, professionally designed provides comfort and exudes modern stylish finishes. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, adequate dining and living space, and a kitchen with modern elegance. This home is also ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity of the beach, private and public transport, the supermarket, and some of Barbados’ best restaurants.
We welcome you to come and enjoy this perfect setting in the Bajan style.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The home was extremely clean and very well maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was already there — beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cleaning products, and even a well-stocked fridge when we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Welcomed with a hug

Paul and Cleopatras property was absolutely sparkling clean, we were welcomed with a lovely big Bajan hug. There was everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday we stayed for a month and would book again with them without a doubt. Thank you both for making our stay so comfortable would love to meet you again.

One wek not enough

This property is ideal for couples or families. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool and BBQ grill were an added pleasure. Cable TV in both bedrooms and common area included. Paul and Cleo stocked the fridge with some essentials and had additional cooking spices, etc., available for use. Paul came by several times to make sure the pool was clean and that everything was okay. We couldn't have asked for a. Etter stay.

Home from Home

We have stayed at Paul and Cleopatra's lovely property before. As we arrived it felt like coming home,we had such lovely memories of our first stay here. Our stay this time was for 34 nights so you can tell we enjoyed our first stay that much ,we wanted to stay for longer. Paul and Cleo are the perfect hosts, always available to answer any questions and give any help when necessary. Would recommend anyone thinking of booking Jaz cottage, do not hesitate if the dates you require are available,as they won't be available for long. Looking forward to our next visit to Barbados and the lovely Paul and Cleo. Thanks for a great place to stay. Alan and Brenda

Beste Vermieter auf der ganzen Insel.

Sehr nette liebe hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat auch wirklich an alles gedacht. Hier merkt man das man als Gast willkommen ist. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall und haben soviel Hilfe bekommen was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.
