Villa Astra Azzurra is a luxurious superbly decorated beachside holiday villa located on the small island of Čiovo, just 900 m from the historical UNESCO protected city center of town Trogir which is connected to the island with a bridge.

This modern and elegantly designed villa which combines luxury with functionality is part of a luxurious beachfront complex Azzurro, situated just 5 m from the pebble beach and the beautiful crystal clear sea, providing the feeling of having your own private beach right at your doorstep.

Villa Astra Azzurra stretches on 4 floors: ground floor with seaview terrace, first floor, second floor and third floor. The house covers 300 m2 of living area.

Villa Astra Azzurra consists of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 half-bath. It is a suitable accommodation for the total number of 8 persons. Each bedroom has a heavenly view of the open sea, while the third floor bedroom also has access to a spacious seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. Guests are welcome to use the shared outdoor infinity pool (20 m in length) located only a few meters away from the sea and overlooking the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding coast.

The ground floor is designed as a comfortable living area with fully equipped open concept kitchen and a half-bath. Ground floor has access to a large terrace with a stunning seaview and a small garden, perfect for relaxing over a sunset with a glass of wine.

The first, second and third floor are designed as resting areas with bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms, connected with indoor staircase. First floor consists of a spacious and luxurious bedroom with double bed, French balcony and en suite bathroom.

The second floor consists of 2 connected bedrooms with 2 large double beds, French balconies overlooking the sea and 1 bathroom with a shower, while the master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and access to a large seaview balcony is located on the third floor of the villa.

Villa Astra Azzurra is fully air conditioned and equipped with cable SAT-TVs, Wi-fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine and a safe. Guests are provided with large gated parking, while baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Complex Azzurro is located in the vicinity of Split airport (6 km), marina in Trogir (900 m) and the main beach in Okrug Gornji (600 m), while various restaurants and grocery shops are within walking distance.
