The house is very cozy, and very nicely updated. We had everything we needed and everything worked as it should. The kids loved the backyard and the park that you can see from your front step. Is close to everything! We really loved our stay. Will definatelly come back!

We also were able to directly contact the owner when we were having trouble getting into the property but he was available and fixed the situation immediately. We were very happy with our stay!

Beautiful Home, Minor Quibbles

This home is fantastic! Located near Denver and in Arvada, this property was very inviting. From the koi pond in back, to the large, open living room, to the redone kitchen, the owner has made sure the house is a nice place to stay. There are some minor quibbles, however. First, the listing has it as 2 bathrooms, but you have to read the full listing to see it is 1.5. Four of us stayed here thinking we’d have two showers. We did not. Second: there is a folder with house rules including trash days and such. The folder and the email from the Evolve team were not the same. It took writing the owner to know what to do. It was a little nerve wracking as we were worried we would be charged if we had done it wrong. Third: if you are a person who needs darkness to sleep late, know there are really nice skylights throughout the house that bring in a lot of light. If you need darkness, avoid those rooms. Overall the house and area are great. If it’s just my partner and I traveling to the Denver area again, we would stay here, but with teenagers, this house needed a second shower and maybe some more comfortable pillows.

Just what we needed!

Overall, this is a superb little rental home, especially at this price point. Nicely maintained, tidy, VERY clean, and conveniently located. You can tell the owner genuinely cares. Kitchen was large and very well-equipped, and the expanded family room was fantastic. The backyard was much more interesting and entertaining than most homes. I'm sure summer would really be enjoyable with the foilage and excellent covered sitting area. We were there from Georgia to visit our daughter in college so the Colorado cold was no fun for us. The HOUSE was warm and all the mechanical components were newer/renovated and worked well, but I know now I would never install a tankless water heater unless I liked cool showers. Visitors might also appreciate a little more comfortable/larger beds, at least in one bedroom. Only had one minor issue the entire stay and Brad responded immediately, on Thanksgiving week. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The listing was in a very quiet secure neighborhood. Close to a number of restaurants and stores. Just outside of Denver and airport. Easy drive to Boulder and RMNPark. Very comfortable house.

Stayed in this lovely home for 6 nights for our annual trip to Denver for softball. This house is just wonderful. Very clean & comfortable with every amenity you could possibly need. Brad is super responsive as the homeowner. Just an FYI - there is no cable TV, Just Roku & Netflix. So no normal cable channels. Even so, a great choice for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in the greater Arvada/Denver area. Close to everything. Highly recommended.
