A specious 3 Bed villa with 2 Bathrooms, balconies, fully equipped fitted kitchen/utility room and a privet swimming pool in Orihuela-Costa. The property is equipped to sleep 6-8 adults and its close to blue flag beaches (10 min drive) La zenia Shopping mall and surrounded by 3 golf courses. Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are within walking distance. A car is necessary if you wish to explore surrounding regions. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children nearby (free Parking is available). There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle suitable for accompanying elderly. although there are five steps to enter the property. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub and an overhead shower. the property has both AC and fans fitted throughout. there is plenty of outdoor space for activities.

My husband Jihad and I are travel enthusiasts and love adventures sports. We currently reside in Bahrain and while I work as a lecturer, Jihad is a diving instructor. We really enjoy sunny weather hence why we fell in love with Spain as it offers approximately 300 days a year of sun shine. Our first visit to Orihuela-Costa we decided that we would like to retire in this serine place. We looked at many properties and condos in the area. The moment we set foot in Villa Rose we knew that this was the perfect place. The south facing property means that guests can enjoy swimming longer hours in the sunshine. The location is central and within walking distance to all the necessary amenities. My husband and I wanted to share this beautiful home so that it can be enjoyed by families that are looking for the perfect holiday home.
Why they chose this property
While Villa Rose is within easy reach to all the fun activities, pubs, bars and the lively environment Orihuela-Costa has to offer. It is equally peaceful tucked in a lovely and quite road where you can have a quite nights sleep. The villa is set on a large plot with a large and deep privet pool to enjoy. Loved the fact it is south facing.
