Lake View Villas in Buchanan - Beach House Villa

The upstairs Beach House is on Lake Buchanan off of Highway 261! 2-bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 6/7. Lake Buchanan is not a constant level lake. Please check LCRA lake levels before booking. We are waterfront and the views are amazing even when the water is low. Guest can access the lake from the property, it maybe a little walk depending on water levels. Llano County Park is less than a mile from the Villas and offers free place to launch your watercraft. You cannot launch from the property. Once launched, enjoy the short ride around the bend from the Park to the Villa, where you can anchor close to the property. Pack your life jacket and a fishing pole!

Bluebonnet Festival

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway to the Bluebonnet Festival. It was serene and quiet after a day of large crowds and noise. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. Great host. Thank you.

Excellent Experience / Wonderful Property

My daughter and I stayed here in January to see Inks Lake State Park. We enjoyed everything about this house and property. The house was impeccably clean and welcoming. Our hosts were great, communicative, and helpful. We thought that the beds were the most comfortable that we've ever had on vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Rex and Rena bought the property in June of 2018 from a family that owned it for over 100 years. We both went to school in Austin and have owned family property in the Hill County for many years. We love it here! We made the move to Llano, TX in 2014 and have enjoyed this area full-time ever since.
