About this property

The apartment is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built in 1907, which today anmutet more like a manor house. It forms with the adjacent Roman church, the rectory, the Pfarrsee and the Schlossberg in a grown Ensemble. The house was designed in the 90's of refurbished and the environment in style again. The garden is spacious mecklenburgisch like a park.
In the house are two apartments, among other things: The "large" apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a bedroom with double bed, small dressing room, modern bathroom with bathtub, modern fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, microwave), lounge area with additional one Schalfsofa for 2 persons on about 60 sqm. Satellite TV, radio, wireless guest access are available. The terrace offers a view into the garden, to the Church, and the Mecklenburg countryside.
Towels, sheets and all running costs are included. A large swivel grill, garden furniture, sandpit - Launch deck, lockable garage, simple bicycles, cot, highchair can be used free of charge with.

Ruhe und Natur pur

Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ideale Lage. Mecklenburgische Schweiz ist traumhaft; v.a. die vielen Alleen. Sehr geräumige Wohnung, voll ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und guten Matratzen. Kontakt zu Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass die Terrasse nicht direkt von der Wohnung begehbar war, hat uns nicht gestört. Toller Garten fast schon Park. Ferienwohnung auf ersten Blick sauber. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Grundsauberkeit (z.B. Küchenfront, Dunstanzug, Badfliesen, Staub unter Möbel, Bett) In die Jahre gekommen sind Kühlschrank und Backofen Abflussgeruch im Bad ist unangenehm Wünschenswert wären auch Mückengitter vor einem Schlafzimmer- und Wohnzimmer-Fenster. Fazit: hätte gerne einen Stern mehr vergeben, Lage und Ausstattung der FW hätten es verdient.

Schöne Unterkunft, schöner Garten

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Erholung im Garten war sehr schön. Schöne Umgebung, aber wir vermissten in der Gegend Wege zum Radfahren oder wandern. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einzigster kleiner Kritikpunkt, war die Reinlichkeit der Küche (vorallem der Backofen), aber sonst war alles prima.

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Atmosphäre

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern in Altkalen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Spielgeräte wie Federball zur Verfügung und der riesige Garten ist für Kinder ideal. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber, aber wir mussten sehr viele Spinnen vorab beseitigen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett. Nur hatte Fewo direkt mehrere Mails (u. A. wichtige Informationen zur Anreise) nicht übermittelt. Dies holte der Vermieter auf Anfrage nach. Dass man über Fewo keine PayPal-Zahlung ermöglicht bekommt und dass wichtige Nachrichten nicht weitergeleitet werden, ist der Plattform als sehr negativ zuzuschreiben. Wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub eher über andere Anbieter buchen (dies betrifft nicht die Ferienwohnung, sondern lediglich den Anbieter Fewo!).
