This original beach house oozes style, comfort and relaxation - true to the photos. It has been modernised to give you all the comforts you will need for your holiday while retaining the retro charm. It offers a classic Gerroa experience and has a sensational location!

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

Where will I be?

Seaways is ideal in summer as it is directly across the road from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, Little Beach and the lagoon which are perfect for small families with kids.

The Blue Swimmer cafe and restaurant is only a five minute stroll away or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

This original beach house has been modernised to give you all the comforts you will need for your holiday while retaining the retro charm!

How is the property laid out?

Enjoy open plan living in this retro cottage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench, and a combined dining and living area with views of Seven Mile Beach. You will also find a daybed alcove that is perfect for reading. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed in each and one with two singles. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and a separate outside toilet.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Enjoy the views of Crooked River and Seven Mile Beach from the front deck. There is also a covered back patio with outdoor setting,gas BBQ outdoor sink and bench seat with cushions. There is a large lawn area in the back yard shaded by a Moreton Bay Fig, but please note that the yard is not fenced. On the right hand side of the property there is an an outdoor shower area - perfect for that post swim or surf wash off!

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area for year round comfort. You will also find ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and the windows and doors have fly screens so you can catch the breeze.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is undercover parking for one car in the carport and open air parking for two cars on the driveway. Street parking is also available.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Pets are welcome at Seaways subject to the following rules:

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms. The yard is not secure so your dogs must be supervised at all times. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
