This home was immaculate, comfortable and an overall great value. When considering this property remember that it is an upstairs unit equity a few stairs. I would stay here again!

The whole experience was phenomenal. Our host were very nice and the rental was so much more than advertised. When visiting GF in the future i'll make sure, if available, to stay there.

Adorable Retreat

We had 3 adults staying in Grand Forks visiting my son who is in graduate school. This VRBO was the perfect size for 3 adults. Located in a safe neighborhood right next to the RIverwalk. The VRBO was very clean and decorated so nicely. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Stay at Riverside Duplex to attend local family event

Highly recommend the Riverside Duplex set in a quiet neighborhood near parks and the river walk. The unit is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Unit presents as described in the listing. Megan was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

UND Family Weekend Visit

Lovely, warm home in a quiet neighborhood. Nice to be able to park our vehicle in the garage during the cold weekend. While we did not prepare meals (we were busy with campus events at UND all weekend), the kitchen is perfectly stocked with all essentials. Beds are very comfortable, and the bath towels soft and fluffy. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Even better than expected

This was a beautiful space. It was larger than it looked in the pictures. The neighborhood was quite, but not far ( even walking distance) from many activities. I would absolutely recommend you stay. Owner was kind and unobtrusive. Very accommodating!
