Situated at Town Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and pottering in the rock pools. When you've had enough sun, sand and surf you can enjoy a picnic under the shady trees in the park opposite or keep the children occupied on the play equipment in the park whilst everywhere you look is an ocean view.

Set among some of Port Macquarie's finest cafes and restaurants. Both units 7 and 8 enjoy easterly balconies with ocean views, undercover parking and internal laundries.

Unit 8 is a 3rd floor unit and is fully tiled for your easy care holiday.

Excellent location, great views, reasonable price

We stayed 3 nights and was perfect getaway. Sit on balcony and enjoy the views. Walk down to city centre along river walkway in about 15mins. Just a quick note for anyone elderly ( well slightly more elderly than us 48/58) the unit is on the 3rd floor. Thus the great views. But also 3 levels of stairs.Butbwell worth the climb.

Could have been really good but wasn't

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but extremely dirty, including crockery, cutlery and bedding. Linen was not provided but that was only disclosed once the booking was made.
