Rest comfortably in a clean, quiet 1 BR/ with private bath on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL close to UNF, St. Johns Town Center, beaches and down town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and hospitals ( Mayo Clinic, Baptist, St. Vincent, Nemours). St. Augustine is just 37 miles away. Owner and one cat and one puppy live on the premises. Driveway parking for one vehicle. This property is not suitable for children or pets. This is a non-smoking home. You will have self-check in and security alarm code given at check-in. If you have any questions please send an inquiry.
Guest room has locking door for privacy, TV without cable, local channels and major networks are available. Wifi is free (password given at check in). Please contact me even if certain days are marked unavailable as I've set aside some dates for regular maintenance or personal use. I may be able to accommodate you.
