Striving for Allergy Free ~ Stress Free Environment!

When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home! More importantly, it is Norwex cleaned “Chemical free” from the laundry standpoint to the products used for proper cleaning. “Shoes off” policy eliminates many of the contaminates from entering in the home also. The environment is animal and smoke free also. This allows Anyone to be able to stay safely and comfortably within the Home. Tracey will show you around the house quickly and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. Plenty of parking Available. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden and beyond it are horses you can view and a lawn large enough to enjoy outdoor activities! The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver. Tracey has earned Super Host all quarters on a different site also and is excited to join Home Away 2019 / now VRBO to attract more guests that may be traveling through or to Wichita, Ks! Opened Home & Hosting since 2018 🦋 Hope to meet you soon!!!

Tracey is the sweetest host we have ever encountered and the home has anything you could ever think of that you would need. The kids are still talking about the homemade cinnamon rolls Tracey dropped off twice during our stay. I will definitely be back!

The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could imagine needing! And was attractive and homey. Our toddlers had everything they needed, from bedding to toys to toddler chairs! It was a great home for a family gathering.

Great find if you want a tranquil setting. We loved the deck and outdoor sitting spaces, nice areas for walks, and roomy kitchen for cooking. Owner lives nearby and was great about communicating and making us feel right at home!

Fourth of July Cousin Weekend

My husband and I stayed at Tracey's lovely VRBO and visited with our cousins. We hosted a cookout and used the BBQ grill and Tracey's lovely dishes! I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to others!

Quiet retreat

The house was beautiful, clean, well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great. Great place to relax on the back patio or to take a walk in the quiet neighborhood. No night traffic noise.

The home is very warm and inviting. My hosts were attentive, putting much thought into the details of a home away from home. The hot tub was a real treat to enjoy after a busy day. It feels like being in a cabin "in the woods" as my granddaughter said, yet close to city amenities. I highly recommend this property for your Wichita stay.

Secluded, quiet neighborhood and private, quiet home. Seemed like we were well out of town, but it was close to highway and close to town so that we could get anywhere we wanted easily. Great communication with host.

Paradise off the beaten path

Beautiful property secluded from all the busyness of town but close enough to get wherever you want to go quickly this rental property has a rustic feel for down home good family entertainment.. plenty of room to stretch out and relax with a hot tub to relax those sore muscles after a long day of shopping or wandering around the zoo.. I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this property and the links that they go to to make your stay enjoyable and feel like a home away from home

Wedding trip

House was large enough for our group. We were there very little because of all the activities we had planned surrounding my brother’s wedding. While we were there, it was room and easy to access to from the major roads. The yard is inviting. A shaded oasis. Nice quiet place.

Beautiful Home

Tracey was a wonderful host and the home was very well appointed! The home provided privacy due to being nestled in the woods, while still being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay!
