Linen Supplied! Spacious two bedroom unit overlooking Shoal Bay Beach & Tomaree Headlands.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and BIR.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and built in robes.
This unit is located on the second floor offering fully equipped kitchen plus open plan living and dining area. The living features wi-fi, flat screen smart TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Take in the views whilst preparing a meal or sitting on the balcony and enjoying a glass of bubbly.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, vanity & toilet. There is also a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Situated only 50m to Shoal Bay Beach, approx 300m to Little Beach or only 500m to Shoal Bay Shops, Restaurants and Cafes this property is perfect for that family holiday!
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Please note this property includes sheets and towel, however you are required to bring beach towels.
