At the eastern end of the bay, 600m from your apartment, is magnificent Tomaree National Park which offers spectacular views of the stunning Port Stephens coastline from its summit. There are also plenty of walking and bike tracks on offer, and just a 5-minute drive will take you to Nelson Bay.
This light-filled beach unit with modern furnishings is your next affordable holiday to Shoal Bay. The open plan lounge and dining area has a split system air conditioner, leather lounge suite, flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system and a dining setting, and flows out to the balcony with outdoor furnishings so you can sit back, relax, rewind, rejuvenate and marvel at the commanding bay views. A fresh and clean, fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, oven, stove top, full sized fridge/freezer and microwave – everything you could need when you're in the mood for dining in.
The inviting main bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe, and the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds and one king single bed, plus a tower fan. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity and toilet.
Undercover parking is available for one small to medium sized car, and guests have access to a shared, coin-operated laundry.

This is a comfortable unit in a fantastic location.
Apparently a/c is being put in today which will be fantastic. Gets a bit muggy but there were great ceiling fans in main area and main bathroom. The view and position is great! No frills or whistles and unfortunately you need to make the beds yourself upon arrival but we still loved it.
Couldn’t accesss laundry due to key issues. This has been reported to management so should be fixed in the future.

Location was the best, handy and close to everything , property was clean bedsheets are clean
BBQ and WIFI would be an advantage if they were available especially when it is raining, but over all it is good and highly recommended

We loved the overall location and setup for the unit at Shoal Bay. Unfortunately the car space would not fit our medium car and we had to park on the street. I imagine in peak holiday time it would be near impossible to park near this unit.

This is a nice apartment with a good aspect for morning sun on the balcony. The beds, bathroom and kitchen are very comfortable and well appointed. Location is very good for the beach, shops and walks.
There was a bit of a bad smell when we first entered the apartment which took some time to dispel with open windows. The parking space for this and some of the other apartments are quite narrow but there is also parking on the street behind the apartments which is pretty easy.
Right opposite the beach and a short stroll to all amenities, would definitely stay again
