Located in Praia Seca in the gated community "Villaggio Valtellina", with 24 hour surveillance, pizzeria, surf school, private beach in the lagoon. Beach 500 meters in a straight line
Just 30 km from Arraial do Cabo, the Brazilian Caribbean
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, large porch with barbecue
The balcony is equipped with a table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofas and a hammock.
More than 300 square meters garden with various types of tropical palm trees, 8x4m pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and chairs, parking space for 1 car.
Living room with Smart TV, wifi and Netflix, sofa, a large table with seating for 6 people.
Kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, large fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove with oven
3 bedrooms with queen size beds and large fitted wardrobes, a sofa bed and three additional mattresses can accommodate up to 10 people
