Casa de la Playa is a fantastic dune home offering beautiful ocean and waterway views, perfect for families and friends looking to relax by the coast. This home features an inverted floor plan with vaulted ceilings and an open living and dining area anchored by a large, well-equipped kitchen. The home includes four bedrooms with ceiling fans, three and a half baths, a sitting room, two sleeper sofas (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofas), TVs, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Outdoor living spaces are plentiful and inviting, with three covered porches, one screened porch, and ample space to enjoy the coastal breeze. Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, foot shower, picnic table, and gas grill. Private beach access is located at the end of the street between 1127 and 1129 OBW, and guests also enjoy access to a private community pier on the waterway.

Included Amenities for Weekly Rentals:
• Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
• Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided.
• A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings a personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed on this property.

Enjoyed the stay. Family and Friends had a wonderful time! Plenty of cookware in the kitchen, and the house was very clean. The short walk made it so worth staying right where we did!! Cons: Grill needs to be replaced. It's completely rusted, burners aren't fully working and there was such a substantial amount of old food it ended up catching on fire the first night we cooked on it. Never used it again during our stay. We never received a key fob for the private access to the marsh dock. We found out we were granted one when we spoke to other visiting neighbors. My nephew loves to fish and that would have been an excellent experience for him. We had a great time and will likely be staying again in the near future!

Nice location and porches

We enjoyed our stay. Once we got to the place, we noticed pet hair on floor and bedding and chewed up dog toys. Our feet were black from walking barefoot. We called the rental company and they said they were sending a cleaning crew the following day. I the crew did not show up. It also appears that the listing and rental agency data needs updating. I emailed specifically about a pack and play and was told there wasn’t one. We did find a pack and play as well as a high chair which is useful to know before arrival. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and spacious and we enjoyed cooking there. Very close to the beach with the pier access as a nice perk. The living room was very comfy for the family hangout.
