Lovely duplex with an open and sunny floor plan located on quiet Brunswick Avenue. Home has hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Dining area includes table with 4 chairs and eating counter with 3 stools. Large porch on the back for rocking and enjoying the shade as well as a sun deck with built-in benches for catching some rays! Beautiful dune views behind the home, which backs up to a wildlife habitat and wooded area. Rest and relax in this great beach getaway! Beach access is approximately 325 yards at 301 OBW. Home is pet-friendly so bring your canine family member (1 dog 35lbs or less allowed). Other amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer, WIFI, charcoal grill, outdoor hot/cold shower, porch rockers and chairs.
Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.
