This original Coffin Bay Shack, CDC-625 provides modern conveniences on the picturesque, Oyster Walk. This property has quickly become a favourite for couples and/or family groups.
The newly built rear studio provides additional accommodation - includes a spacious queen bedroom, a bunk room, motel style coffee station and bathroom.
NOTE: The front shack can be rented on its own - see separate listing CDC-625.
CDC-625 is situated on the Oyster Walk, directly opposite the Beachcomber shop and Post Office, and walking distance from the Yacht club and 1802 Oyster Bar + Bistro. Just across the Oyster Walk are steps down to a private beach with jetty.
A/C cools living and bedrooms, dishwasher and front loading washing machine. Double glazed windows in living areas give a sweeping view of Kellidie Bay, Marble range and the Oyster Farm. while a new large covered deck allows comfortable outdoor living.
The main property has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests.
The separate annexe at the rear of the property has additional accommodation, increasing the capacity to 12 guests. This additional building has two spacious bedrooms and an additional bathroom, and is attached to the main house by a covered walkway. CDC is the perfect property for 2 families.

As a family, we stayed at Coffin Bay back in the eighties and although Roger and I stay for a month each year in the Caravan Park, our children have never revisited. Staying in this property allowed us to be together, reminisce, be central to all facilities and local attractions. Having the private beach and jetty was an added pleasure for our grandchildren especially the 2year old. The holiday house was well equipped and comfortable and suited our
needs. We would recommend a stay here for any family situation - the separate annex at the rear was most convenient.
