Modern, quiet apartment in Monschau-Kalterherberg

Our apartment of about 60 square meters has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), a living room with a bed for the 3rd and 4th Person in a bunk bed (visually separated by a curtain), fully equipped kitchen with electric stove incl. Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc., a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway with cloakroom. SAT-TV and radio / CD and free Wi-Fi are of course also available.

Family friendly device, a changing table, a baby travel cot and high chair is available or made available on request. Towels, sheets and Geschirrspültücher are provided.

The apartment has a separate entrance, a parking space is available in front of the house. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger outside. For hikers hiking suggestions to be kept.

rust en mooie locatie nabij Monschau

Mooi huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige locatie. In Kalterherberg, 5 kilometer van Monschau.Alles was aanwezig, handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. We zijn eerder naar huis gegaan i.v.m. het erg slechte weer en omdat we erg slecht sliepen. Het matras was erg slecht waardoor we s, morgens geradbraakt waren. Later bleek dat het matras al 18 jaar oud was. Dus een nieuwe matras en dan komen we zeker terug!

Mooie herfstwandelingen vanuit dit verzorgd vakantiehuisje

Alles is aanwezig tot en met de boterhamdozen en mooie boeken over de regio. Map met wandelingen die allemaal voorbij het huisje komen. Vanuit de keuken zicht op de achtertuin, heerlijk voor het ontbijt. Op 15 minuten wandelen een supermarktje met ook lokale specialiteiten en 2 restaurants.

Wir hatten - trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters - sehr schöne Tage in der Eifel. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Fewo liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen: Wanderung im Hohen Venn, Aachen, Borussia Park - alle Ziele waren gut erreichbar. Wir können die Fewo in Kaltenherberg sehr empfehlen.

Auch das Wetter! Aber das konnte auch der Gastgeber nicht beeinflussen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hätte gern mal Frühstück im schönen Garten gemacht. Haben uns Monschau und Umgebung angeschaut- was wir auch jedem empfehlen können.

Großzügige Wohnung, nette Gastgeber

Zwar waren wir nur 3 Nächte in der Wohnung, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügige Räume und gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Wandertipps gegeben.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Hohes Venn und Nationalpark Eifel

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kalterherberg hat eine gute Infrastruktur mit Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria und Gastwirtschaft. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radfahrten ins hohe Venn und den Nationalpark Eifel. Gerne wieder!
