The outdoors provides stylish chaise lounges, gas grill, and dining for six in your own desert oasis. And you will know that you have arrived to what vacationing in Palm Springs is all about. This South End jewel is minutes to downtown Palm Springs with shopping, golfing, casinos, restaurants, nightlife, major resorts, and so much more. Rarely is a home of this comfort and quality available as a rental. The City of Palm Springs ID # 3015. The City of Palm Springs permit # PS 6405

There is a $200 cleaning fee and an optional fee of $50. per day (Fall, Winter, Spring Only) to Heat the Pool.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

My family had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was just the right size for our small group, and the neighborhood was fantastic - centrally located and very quiet. No noise from anyone except the occasional yard crew made it easy to enjoy the great backyard pool. Evening walks around the neighborhood to look at all the houses and desert landscaping was a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Long weekend in PSP

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and really enjoyed our time. The patio, pool and jacuzzi were exactly what we wanted to relax and have fun together. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were separate enough to offer privacy. The neighborhood was ideal. Bonus that they allow pets so our friends could bring their cat!

Great quiet private spot

What an amazing, cute, cozy property! We were in town for a festival and this was the perfect location to decompress and get away from the crowds. This was one of, if not the best spots we've stayed at in the valley. Great decor and furniture that makes you feel like you're in a hollywood getaway. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Anthony was a great host and promptly answered questions for us, even though when we were there no questions were necessary because the property was well stocked and well organized.

Palm Springs fun

This home is a gem. Love the neighborhood which is quiet and clean. IT’s location is near everything Restaurants are plentiful but do fine at The Steakhouse located in the Agua Caliente Smoke free Casino. Do the aerial tram and experience the views and easy trails to hike. Or just enjoy the pool and hot tub and unwind. Anthony was great. The pilot went out on the hot water heater but he had it fixed within 2 hours of reporting it

Great location and close to downtown palm springs. The house itself needs some work and up-keep. Furnishes are dated and worn; kitchen cabinets falling apart; minimal amenities at the house; pool umbrella is broken; pool chairs falling apart as you fall through when you sit down; rusted sliding doors. I expected alot more for the price.

Great pool property

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this welcoming and beautiful property. All of the amenities were provided and the pool was amazing. Definitely a good idea to have it warmed. Property manager communicated well prior to my check-in and was very helpful when I had questions during my stay. The only downside for me personally was the low furniture. I have bad knees and I had some difficulties with the inside furnishings. Otherwise, my family and I were quite impressed and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere!
